MA MLPs with Time of Use
Hi! @Ben and I are compiling a list of MA MLPs that have implemented any form of time-varied rates. The list thus far includes: Groton, Reading, Concord (EV/thermal storage), Marblehead (pilot?), Littleton (commercial), Peabody (commercial/industrial), North Attleborough (on-off peak rate for municipal base).
Anyone know of others? Thanks!
