Conference Committee
The Conference Committee oversees planning and operations for the annual MEAM-CES conference and may provide logistical support to the Education & Training Committee for other training-related events on an as-needed basis. The committee is responsible for site selection, conference pricing, speaker travel and accommodations, conference food, event coordination, as well as conference marketing and registration.

Education & Training Committee
The Education and Training Committee identifies appropriate educational topics and secures expert speakers to deliver training to MEAM-CES members throughout the year (virtually or in-person). The committee is also responsible for providing the slate of topics and speakers for the annual MEAM-CES conference in collaboration with the Conference Committee.

Customer Survey Committee
This subcommittee's role is to evaluate the pool or core questions used by MEAM member utilities for customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Great Blue Research.

Energy Services Committee
The Energy Services Subcommittee identifies current program offerings both locally and nationally and researches paths to implement new programs. The committee could create best practice guidelines as well. The committee could also create its own resources for other MEAM members who want to start new programs or find ways that members can collaborate or pilot new programs. Topics could include, but not be limited to, electric vehicles (EVs), air-source heat pumps (ASHPs), beneficiation electrification, battery storage, wind energy, or geothermal heat pumps.
