Welcoming New Customers
I'm wondering what others do to welcome new customers to your service.
In the past, MGED has invited new customers to our office, where they receive the terms and conditions. Since this is no longer a possibility, we're looking to provide a "Welcome Package" with promotional items (pens, magnets, calendars, etc.).
