EV Charging Data
Hi! I'm looking for information on the muni’s who are collecting their customer’s EV charging data?
More specifically, how you are collecting it?
I’m looking into GeoTab (FleetCarma) but also want to look into a solution that doesn’t use a 3rd party.
If you are doing it in-house, what are you using, how are you doing it and what data do you get?
Also, how does the data get from the car to the utility?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you Ben. We are discussing a 2nd meter option as well. I'd like to see what the dashboard looks like for Virtual Peaker. The easy(ish) to read is important when check for compliance. It would be nice if all chargers and EV's were on 1 platform/connector etc. so we could develop a universal program, one that is already installed in the car and communicates with the muni directly from day 1.
