Any members have service agreements with their municipal/town departments (or even commercial customers) to own and manage EV charging? If so, willing to share?

We're just starting to have conversations with commercial customers about MLP-owned EVSE versus the customers installing behind-the-meter. I'd be interested as well in any agreements that MLPs have with commercial and muni customers.
