Belmont Light owns two ChargePoint chargers in downtown area, which has four ports. We have a CP charger at our office that is for our Bolt and personal vehicles. There is a CP charger at the Water Dept that they own and maintain.
At the Star Market in town, they installed two (single port) Volta chargers. Those were installed without our knowledge as part of an agreement between Star Market and Volta. The kWh sales are covered by advertising done on the screens.
We are looking to install more chargers in town but may try for a different manufacturer or one that isn't network specific. There is a DC fast charging company (FreeWire) that I have been talking to that uses a battery system to charge the vehicles at DC level, but only requires a 240V/Level 2 infrastructure. It seems promising, but at this point, I don't have a location for install. I've attached the datasheet for reference.
