What is your fee for public EV charging?
SELCO is going to be installing utility-owned public EV charging stations this spring. We're weighing different pricing models for public use. Please share how your utility's public EV chargers are set up and what you charge per kWh, per hour, etc.

I'm reigniting this conversation:
What are MLPs setting for their rates with L2 and L3 chargers? We just installed new chargers and actually set a rate ($2.35/hr). This is to collect equipment, installation and energy costs plus getting some money back for future investments. The rate we set will give us, based on previous usage, about a 5yr payback.
What are other MLPs doing when they do their analysis of rate setting for EV chargers? Are you looking at just the energy costs or trying to balance current costs and future investments?
Thought: Would offering just the energy costs be providing a service for the entire community and the installation, equipment, data management fees be then paid for by general fund/energy costs from the overall MLP budget? This would be instead of putting the use costs on the EV owners only. (The latter being our approach)
