Landlord Rebate Applications
Does anyone have a policy around landlords receiving rebates? I have a few landlords making improvements for tenants and want to receive the rebates. The installation address and account aren't going to match the applicant's information. I was thinking about creating a form that has both the tenant and landlord sign and acts as verification the measure was installed.
