Does anyone else have experience with customers insisting on paying their utility bills with the service Paymode-X (Bottomline Technologies)? It started with just one customer that refused to pay any other way, but now I'm getting multiple requests. The service charges our utility 1.5% of the bill amount. Its not a lot but could certainly add up. Just wondering if anyone else has experience with this service (or similar) and how you have handled it. Thanks!
