Hello, just saw this post. I'm forwarding a (semi-complete) survey from 2018 that was a follow up of a survey done in 2014. The 2018 survey was emailed amongst the GM group asking for the actual PILOT figure plus how it is calculated for each town. The answers we received from GMs are included here.
To answer your question for Belmont, we pay a PILOT of $650,000 to the Town, which is a flat number that was negotiated more than a decade ago.
