Hope you're all fairing ok with today's winter weather.
We are updating our Rules & Regulations and I wondered if anyone is including service alerts/notifications in their terms. Since the last time we updated this information, we have started to provide outage updates and service related notifications via email/text/call.
Looking for some examples.
