We are getting ready to begin our AMI deployment. I am curious what materials you all may have sent out to customers on the topic. This can include customer education, notification of meter swaps, PR to combat misinformation regarding AMI metering, or anything else you can think of.

I would love to see what has worked well in the past including digital, print, and direct mail content.
