Are you still producing a printed newsletter or are you sending email digital only? If both, please let me know how often you send a printed and how often email. If you stopped printing, include when you stopped your printed newsletter. If you are emailing news, let me know when you began. I'll collect answers and share in a chart. We're going to do both but cutting back on the frequency of print. We don't want to send mixed messages by sending a monthly printed newsletter in every bill when we're trying to have customers go paperless!
