Demand Response Programs Summer 2020
What are people's thoughts about running DR programs for this summer? Since many of our customers are home would it be prudent to try and capitalize on this to instruct them about residential DR methods and programs?
Belmont, currently, only has a residential program that we are working to expand. We were planning to expand the program this year with multi-method marketing, but that is now limited due to the pandemic. I still want to expand the number of participants, but would love to hear suggestions as to how.

I think the audience would be either very receptive and open to any way to reduce energy costs (or get an incentive) or very distracted and unable to even think about a purchase or extra activity. Either way, you won't know until you try.
We're going to promote the virtual energy audit and EV charging (off-peak) and 2nd Drive ownership rebates online, and email only for now.
