Utility Emissions Factor
Has anyone done work to calculate their utliity's emissions factor for either the towns served or commercial entities? One of our key account customers is requesting it and I have the information from our AQ31 and AQ32 forms for how much emissions, but not the actual emission factors themselves.
Any help?
