Is anyone familiar with programs for MLP customers to receive financial assistance for boilers with asbestos on them?
I have a customer doing an emergency installation of a boiler and her current one has asbestos on it. From my understanding, there really isn't any sort of funding for loans for this type of work. Can anyone correct me?

Ben, have you check with your local CAP agency? If this customer is receiving fuel assistance, they would qualify for Weatherization Assistance Program funds which also cover heating system replacement and repair. They may not cover all costs but they would be a resource to find any other grants available.
