Mass Save ASHP Incentives

With the change in the Mass Save ASHP incentives, more of our customers can access the Mass Save funds and HEAT Loan for installs. This is a good thing, but there is a slight problem that I found: customers can't double dip for funds according to their program.

As you can see in the highlighted section, customers can't apply for funds from MLP programs and get Mass Save rebates. I know that some MLPs are going with the delivered fuels-only approach for ASHP incentives. Belmont Light was looking at doing 50% for gas, 100% for delivered fuels.

With this restriction, is anyone considering changing their rebate program? What are MLPs doing with their ASHP programs to supplement or work with the Mass Save offerings?

I thought that another option would be to go with a non-specifc electrification or GHG reduction program that is for any customer doing work towards that. My main point is to see how many customers are electrifying and what are they electrifying. I don't want to lose the locations of the ASHP customers into the Mass Save data abyss.

HELP! (And your thoughts, comments and opinions please.)

Thanks. I completely missed that line for some reason. So I guess we're good to go.
